How to Avoid Scholarship Scams
Part 2, which will come out later this week, are “Scholarships to Aspire Toward to Help Pay for College”: scholarships for Middle Tennessee students that they can start preparing for. This handout will contain scholarships that you can apply for in your senior year of high school. Also, college students can also apply for these scholarships.
Also included in the handout will be an updated list of “Resources,” people who have successfully created a process where they received more than $85,000 in scholarship money.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Mike Turner, Writing Consultant/Instructor and Scholarship Coach, at mjturner@tnstate.edu.

$1,000 Future Fellowship for NextGen Women in Web3 and AI
I discovered this wonderful opportunity! Since the awards are rewarded on a rolling basis, this means that some awards will be rewarded to worthy projects before the December 31, 2025 deadline, so you might want to get your application in sooner rather than later.

The program will award over 100 women with fellowships including:
$1,000 in microgrants to fund their Web3 education and training.
One-on-one mentorship with leading industry executives.
Opportunities for internships, apprenticeships, and employment with partner organizations in crypto, blockchain, and related STEAM fields.”
