Scholarship is open to students “pursuing a STEM undergraduate or graduate degree.”
Students must be in “good standing and enrolled at an accredited college or university” and be a “declared STEM major.”
This scholarship is open to international students.
Under the FAQ question “What majors or programs qualify,” the answer is “The National Science Foundation defines STEM majors as life sciences, physical sciences, social sciences, computer sciences and mathematics.”
You could also be a high school senior who will be an incoming freshman or a transfer student: “If you are an incoming university student or transfer student, please provide a letter of acceptance or some equivalent form of documentation to show that you will be attending that university.”
The application does include “a personal statement of 500 words or less on what made you want to pursue a STEM major.”

$1,500 BMTX Financial Empowerment Scholarship, D: July 12, 2025
Open to undergraduate and graduate students. GPA of 3.0 or higher. 30-60 second creative video about financial empowerment in your life and career, especially promoting financial within your community.

That reaching financial freedom should be a goal more people in the United States strive to achieve? Are you actively promoting financial empowerment in your community to help better our society as a whole?
BM Technologies, Inc. is offering a $1,500 scholarship to one (1) excellent undergraduate or graduate student who is blazing a trail and shaking things up in the world of financial empowerment.
Required Materials:
1. Application (Electronic Form Below) with all sections filled out.
2. Creative Video (Must be a 30-60 second video) explaining the importance of financial empowerment in your life and career. Special consideration will be given towards those who are demonstrating an active role in promoting financial empowerment within their community. We highly encourage creativity!
