Selected criteria from website: “USA Funds is a ‘Last Dollar’, need-based scholarship opportunity. Students must be enrolled at UNCF member college or university, other HBCUs, or a state college or university in Indiana. Students must be resident of the State of Indiana and be a US citizen or Permanent Resident. Students must be full-time during 2017-2018 academic year, and all college classifications (freshmen, sophomores, juniors, seniors and fifth-year seniors) are eligible to apply.

For full award consideration, students must complete the student application form, invite a reference to submit a recommendation online and upload a transcript. Applicants must also write a one-page personal statement of career interest.”
